Our smart and friendly team will work quickly and efficiently to ensure every inch of the property is cleaned to bring it back to its former standard.

We supply all our own cleaning materials for the end of tenancy cleaning. You just need to let us in and our cleaning team will get on with the job.

Moving in clean

When moving in to a new rented or bought property it is really nice to have the whole placed cleaned and sanitised. We offer steam cleaning for bathrooms and kitchens which blasts 120 degree steam killing all bacteria, grease and dirt. We also will clean all surfaces, cupboards, windows and floors. We also offer carpet and upholstery cleaning so you can have your carpets shampooed prior to moving in.

The whole place will be cleaned professionally by our smart and friendly team.

Moving out clean

If you are selling your property and have enough on your plate without having to clean the place after you have left, then cleaner London is here to help. We can provide a full cleaning service for you to suit all budgets, whether you want a quick once over clean or a more thorough clean then cleaner London should be your first point of call.

Important please read

The customer is to ensure that our cleaners have hot running water and electricity in order for them to clean properly. If ladders are required then this must be stated at booking.
Fridges and Freezers should be emptied prior to our arrival and turned off so we can clean them. Cleaners are not permitted to hang out of windows.
Cleaners are not permitted to undertake any additional works unless the office has been informed and it has been authorised first.
If our cleaners have to pick up keys from a third party address prior to starting work, there will be an additional £10 charge.
We require a parking space for one vehicle, or metered parking is to be paid by the client in order for us to carry out our End of Tenancy Cleaning service.
Should a complaint arise, Cleaner London is to be informed within 24 hours where we will be happy to sort out any issues, any complaints after this time will not be considered.
We require a deposit of 40% of the total amount payable which is non refundable should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled Move in Move out Cleaning.
