Cleaner London offers an After Builders cleaning service guaranteed to spruce up your home.
Prices
Domestic Cleaners
We charge £10 per hour inclusive of insurance VAT and company fees*. The first £6.50 you would pay directly to the cleaner on day of cleaning either by cash or cheque. The balance, £3.50 is the company fee and this is paid monthly via credit or debit card in advance.
Cancellations need to be put in writing and sent to the office, we will then respond to say we have received your cancellation letter and that you are giving us 4 weeks notice to cancel. The contract will then terminate.
Once you have cancelled you cannot re-employ the cleaner directly for 12 months after you do so.
Spring Cleaning:
For one off cleans we charge £12 + VAT per hour and you would need a minimum of 3 hours.If we are supplying the chemicals the charge is £15 + VAT per hour.
Standard end of tenancy cleaning services
£12 + VAT per hour per cleaning operative, £15 + VAT per hour if we are supplying products, £40
+ VAT for hoover, bucket and mop.
Delux End of Tenancy Cleaning service
We can supply all of our own equipment including steam cleaning equipment for bathrooms and kitchens. Please note carpet and upholstery cleaning is not included in our price and is charged separately.

Standard after builders cleaning services
£14 + VAT per hour per cleaning operative, if we are supplying the products £16 + VAT per hour, £40 + VAT for hoover bucket and mop.
Delux After builders cleans
